Football Recap: Methacton Takes a Loss

After flying high against William Tennent last Friday, Methacton came back down to earth. The Warriors took a blow against the Bishop Shanahan Eagles on Friday, falling 46-7. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-7.

Methacton now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bishop Shanahan, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Methacton will welcome Great Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop Shanahan, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Pope John Paul II at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
