Volleyball Recap: Hoover Takes a Loss

Hoover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Berkeley Prep.

When it comes to explaining why Hoover lost, don't look at Cheyenne Conner. Despite the final result, she had 20 digs. Conner is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Hoover now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Berkeley Prep, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hoover wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Middleburg on the 29th. As for Berkeley Prep, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Westminster Christian on the 29th.
