Football Recap: Cedarburg Takes a Loss

Cedarburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 26-3 to the West Bend West Spartans. The contest was a close 6-3 at the break, but unfortunately for the Bulldogs it sure didn't stay that way.

Cedarburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for West Bend West, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cedarburg is set to challenge their familiar foe Nicolet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, West Bend West will face off against rival Slinger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
