Volleyball Recap: Saxony Lutheran Takes a Loss

Saxony Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the West Plains Zizzers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crusaders of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Saxony Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11-1. As for West Plains, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-3-1.

Saxony Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Jackson on the 29th. As for West Plains, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Notre Dame on the 27th.
