Soccer Game Preview: Rockford East vs. Byron

The Rockford East E-Rabs will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Byron Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Rockford East's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Rockford East's offense. They came up short against Jefferson on Thursday, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Byron was forced to settle for a draw. They and Harvard finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw last Tuesday.

Rockford East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. Byron's draw gives them a new season record of 1-0-1.
