North Star came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Centennial Baptist, but Leilani Malepeai wouldn't allow it. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Huskies on Saturday for which the team can thank Malepeai, who had nine kills, six aces, four digs, and one block. She has been hot, having posted five or more kills the last eight times she's played.

Centennial Baptist has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season. As for North Star, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season.

As of now, neither Centennial Baptist nor North Star have any future games scheduled.
