Alhambra is 7-2 against Temple City since September of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Alhambra Moors will take on the Temple City Rams at 7:00 p.m.

Alhambra is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They took a blow against El Monte, falling 29-0.

Douglas got the majority of those yards when he took off on a run and that went for an incredible80 yards. Another player making a difference was Jake Leones, who threw for 104 yards and two touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Temple City's defense and their seven sacks. Nathan Martinez was especially locked on to Gabrielino's QB and sacked him twice. Martinez also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up two sacks and making five total tackles (4.0 for loss). Another thorn in Gabrielino's side was Dominik Dolam, who picked up a sack and made seven total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Temple City was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 272 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gabrielino only rushed for 60.

Alhambra's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Temple City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
