Volleyball Recap: Vernon Comes Up Short

Vernon lost against Morristown on April 3rd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings fell just short of the Colonials by a score of 2-1.

Vernon's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Morristown, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Vernon will square off against rival Sparta at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Morristown is set to take on their familiar foe Jefferson Township at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
