Soccer Recap: Trinity Prep Has No Trouble Against University

Trinity Prep's contest on Tuesday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. Everything went their way against the University Cougars as the Trinity Prep Saints made off with a 4-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Saints, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit University with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kylin Phillips (2), Finley Gattis, and Liann Kurlansik.

The victory got Trinity Prep back to even at 4-4-2. As for University, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Trinity Prep will welcome Windermere Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for University, they will head out on the road to face off against Windermere at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. University's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
