Volleyball Recap: Idalia Wolves vs. Flagler Panthers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fleming, Idalia was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Flagler Panthers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Idalia never let Flagler on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 29-27, 25-11.
Krista Wieser paced Idalia's offense, picking up ten kills. Wieser got some help from
Addison Richards and her 23 assists.
Tatum Soehner controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Idalia is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season. As for Flagler, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-14.
