Softball Game Preview: Southeastern Panthers vs. Lakeway Christian Academy Lions

The Southeastern Panthers will square off against the Lakeway Christian Academy Lions at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

On Friday, Southeastern didn't have quite enough to beat Jefferson County and fell 4-2.

Southeastern saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ally Fisher, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Lakeway Christian Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Warriors a 3-0 shutout.

Southeastern's defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lakeway Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
