Soccer Recap: Fort Osage Comes Up Short

After flying high against Oak Park last Tuesday, Fort Osage came back down to earth. Fort Osage came up short against the Van Horn Falcons on Thursday, falling 4-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Fort Osage of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Fort Osage's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. Van Horn has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Fort Osage will head out on the road to take on Belton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Van Horn, they will host University Academy Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
