Volleyball Recap: Munroe Bobcats vs. Wakulla Christian School Saints
After flying high against Jefferson County last Tuesday, Munroe came back down to earth. The Munroe Bobcats fell 3-1 to the Wakulla Christian School Saints on Thursday. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Saints apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
Munroe took a 1-0 lead headed into the second set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-11, 25-10, 25-19.
Munroe's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Wakulla Christian School, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Franklin County the next time they take the court. Wakulla Christian School will head out to face Franklin County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Munroe will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
