Shawnee can bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Eastern Vikings. The Renegades' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Shawnee's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 2-12. As for Eastern, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Shawnee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-6 defeat against Cherokee on the 7th. As for Eastern, they have also already played their next game, a 14-2 loss against Cherry Hill East on the 7th.
