Basketball Recap: Otis-Bison Find Success

The third road contest was the charm for Otis-Bison, as they earned their first road win of the season. They walked away with a 38-31 win over the Stafford Trojans on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Otis-Bison can attribute much of their success to Briana Croisant, who posted 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Zoey Schwindt was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to ten boards and four steals.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Stafford, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Otis-Bison has already played their next matchup, a 45-6 loss against LaCrosse on the 17th. As for Stafford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 48-12 defeat against Central Christian on the 17th.
