Basketball Recap: South County Finds Playoff Glory Versus Edison

With a playoff win on the line, South County rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 66-59 victory over the Edison Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Stallions.

South County's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Edison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-9.

Coming up, South County will take on Woodson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodson will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something South County surely won't give up without a fight. Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
