Volleyball Game Preview: Cocke County Fighting Cocks vs. Chuckey-Doak Black Knights

The Cocke County Fighting Cocks will venture away from home to square off against the Chuckey-Doak Black Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cocke County is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

On Tuesday, Cocke County came up short against Cherokee and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17, 18-25, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Chuckey-Doak got the win against West Greene on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-16, 25-23.

Chuckey-Doak now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Cocke County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-23.

Cocke County couldn't quite get it done against Chuckey-Doak when the teams last played back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Fighting Cocks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
