It was a good run, but Somerset Tech unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 20-2 to the Calvary Christian Lions. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 19-2.

Somerset Tech's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Calvary Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-8.

Looking ahead, Somerset Tech will head out to square off against Warren County Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.38 runs per game on average), something the Jaguars will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Calvary Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Timothy Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
