Basketball Recap: East St. John Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact East St. John can now relate to. They fell just short of the Sulphur Golden Tors by a score of 52-49 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Wildcats have suffered since January 28th.

East St. John's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Sulphur, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-3 record this season.

As of now, neither East St. John nor Sulphur have any future games scheduled.
