Juab extended their postseason success on Friday against American Leadership Academy. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 9-5. Winning may never get old, but the Wasps sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Corbin Buchanan looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits.

At the plate, Connor Cowan was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Luke Marostica, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Juab was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as American Leadership Academy only posted a batting average of .174.

Juab's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for American Leadership Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 16 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.
