Mt. Vernon lost against Marion back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mt. Vernon Rams lost 5-1 to the Marion Wildcats. Mt. Vernon has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Vernon will challenge Carbondale at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Marion, they are on the road again on Friday to play Belleville East at 5:00 p.m.
