Preview: Maury Commodores vs. Norview Pilots        
        
		
            
 After three games on the road, Maury is heading back home. They will take on the Norview Pilots at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday. The pair are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
 Even though Maury has not done well against Booker T. Washington recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way  on Wednesday. Maury put the hurt on Booker T. Washington with a sharp  47-21 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  victory Maury has posted  against Booker T. Washington since January 12, 2018.
 Maury's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Nyla Brown, who  scored 13 points.  Arianna Owens was another key contributor,  scoring ten points.
 Meanwhile, Norview put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season  on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Lake Taylor as Norview made off with a  72-51 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  win Norview has posted  since December 15, 2023.
 The  victory  got Maury back to even at 7-7. As for Norview, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
