Baseball Recap: Harrison Comes Up Short

Harrison fell victim to Chippewa Hills and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The loss continues a trend for the Hornets in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost five in a row.

Harrison saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Casey Brand, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-22. As for Chippewa Hills, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

While Harrison had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
