Basketball Recap: Roundup Takes a Loss

Roundup was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 75-38 loss at the hands of the Sweet Grass County Sheepherders. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Sheepherders are ranked 25th).

Roundup's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Sweet Grass County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Roundup has already played their next contest (against Shepherd), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Sweet Grass County also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Red Lodge.
