Basketball Recap: Toronto Comes Up Short

Toronto was the 54-35 winner over Wellsville when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Toronto Red Knights took a 43-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wellsville Tigers. The Red Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Toronto now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Wellsville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Toronto will face off against Newcomerstown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wellsville, they will square off against United at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
