Pipestone can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Monday. They came out on top against the Murray County Central Rebels by a score of 54-47. That's more bragging rights for the Arrows, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Pipestone's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Murray County Central, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.

Pipestone will be home for the holidays to greet Marshall at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Murray County Central, they will head out to challenge Red Rock Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Murray County Central is facing Red Rock Central at the right time seeing as Red Rock Central is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
