Volleyball Recap: Dunedin Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Dunedin can now relate to. They came up short against the Lemon Bay Manta Rays on Saturday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Falcons have suffered since September 23rd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17, 25-12.

Lemon Bay can attribute much of their success to Natalie Googins, who had ten digs and four aces. Googins is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Dunedin's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Lemon Bay, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record this season.

Dunedin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lemon Bay, they are taking a road trip to challenge Seminole at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
