Los Molinos piles up the points against Trinity

Recap: Los Molinos Bulldogs vs. Trinity Wolves

The Los Molinos Bulldogs can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 71-41 victory over Trinity. With that victory, Los Molinos brought their scoring average up to 50.4 points per game.

Karson Fox was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Los Molinos' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaydin Underwood, who scored 15 points along with 3 steals.

Despite the defeat, Trinity saw an underclassman step up: Jackson Poburko scored 10 points. Carver Dresselhaus was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 7 rebounds.

Even though they lost, Trinity were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Los Molinos only pulled down 14.

Los Molinos' win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Trinity, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Los Molinos will square off against Princeton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Princeton is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Trinity, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Tulelake at 6:30 p.m.
