Soccer Game Preview: Katella vs. Buena Park

The Katella Knights will challenge the Buena Park Coyotes at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Katella's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Canyon, sneaking past 1-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Meanwhile, neither Buena Park nor Century could gain the upper hand last Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Buena Park's record moves to 5-4-3. As for Katella, they now have a winning record of 3-2-4.

Katella skirted past Buena Park 3-2 in their previous meeting back in February of 2016. Will Katella repeat their success, or does Buena Park have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
