Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Lewisburg's Sixth in Last Eight Outings

Lewisburg won the last time they faced Montoursville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lewisburg Green Dragons came out on top against the Montoursville Warriors by a score of 57-47. Given the Green Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 141st, while the Warriors are ranked 328th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lewisburg is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Montoursville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-10.
