It's playoff time, and Fremd had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Prospect Knights by a score of 54-44 on Thursday. The win was familiar territory for the Vikings, who have now won 11 games in a row.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Allison Linke, who almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine boards. Linke's big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 17 points. Angelina Falls was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Fremd's victory bumped their record up to 28-5. As for Prospect, they moved to 27-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Fremd nor Prospect have any future games scheduled.
