It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the South Delta Bulldogs had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 86-71 victory over the Gators. South Delta is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 15 straight.
Leading South Delta to victory were Emmanuel Sutton and Amarion Sanders. Sutton dropped a double-double on 17 points and 14 rebounds, while Sanders scored 35 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Sanders has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamichael Green, who scored 20 points along with eight assists and six rebounds.
South Delta has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 19 of their last 20 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. As for Leake County, their loss dropped their record down to 18-14.
