Harper had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 20-run drubbing they dealt Mason on Saturday. The Longhorns' pitchers stepped up to hand the Punchers a 20-0 shutout. The Longhorns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by eight runs or more this season.

Harper has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.9 runs over those games. As for Mason, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-12.

Harper will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Punchers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
