Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rockwall-Heath). Everything went their way against the Longview Lobos on Tuesday as the Rockwall-Heath Hawks made off with an 18-3 win. With that victory, the Hawks brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

Rockwall-Heath got a massive performance out of Jada Williams, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance gave Williams a new career-high in stolen bases. Anna-Kate Synesael was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two triples, four RBI, and two runs.

Rockwall-Heath always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. They are 2-1 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Rockwall-Heath's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Longview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

Rockwall-Heath is taking a road trip to challenge Rockwall at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Longview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Forney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Longview has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
