Soccer Recap: Windsor Academy Comes Up Short

Windsor Academy was the 4-1 winner over Rock Springs Christian Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Windsor Academy Knights fell just short of Rock Springs Christian Academy by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Grace Lewis, which was the first she's scored this season.

Windsor Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Windsor Academy is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Trinity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Community Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
