South Park barely beat Shady Side Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Bulldogs on Monday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by six runs or more this season.

South Park got a great performance from Cooper Hochendoner as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 13 over 5.2 innings pitched. Hochendoner has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

South Park's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 7.6 runs this season. As for Shady Side Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

South Park will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bulldogs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
