Volleyball Recap: Ka'ryn Henderson Key Part of Team Effort in Vikings Win

Warren Central won the last time they faced Vicksburg and things went their way on Monday too. The Vikings put the hurt on the Gators with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

While Warren Central won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-5, 25-23.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Warren Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ka'Ryn Henderson, who had ten kills, three blocks, and three aces. That's the most aces Henderson has posted since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamryn Kelly, who had 11 assists and four aces.

Warren Central's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Vicksburg, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3.

Coming up, Warren Central will host Callaway at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vicksburg, they will venture away from home to challenge Cleveland Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
