Basketball Recap: Shrine Catholic Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cabrini last Thursday, Shrine Catholic came back down to earth. The Shrine Catholic Knights fell 62-55 to the University Liggett Knights on Wednesday. Shrine Catholic hasn't had much luck with University Liggett recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Shrine Catholic now has a losing record of 9-10. As for University Liggett, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-7.

Looking ahead, Shrine Catholic will head out to challenge Lamphere at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for University Liggett, they will be playing in front of their home fans against University Prep Science & Math at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
