Basketball Recap: Lincoln Skates Past Valley Christian with Ease

Lincoln entered their tilt with Valley Christian on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They really took it to the Valley Christian Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-11 win. The Lynx have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Lincoln's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Valley Christian, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Lincoln and Valley Christian will both be playing Drummond the next time they take the court. Lincoln will head out to face Drummond at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Valley Christian will host them on January 18th.
