Northridge won against South Beloit last Saturday with 60 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. The Northridge Knights skirted past the IC Catholic Prep Knights 60-57. The win was familiar territory for Northridge who have now won four contests in a row.

Northridge pushed their record up to 17-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points per game. As for IC Catholic Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 19-6 record this season.

Northridge and IC Catholic Prep should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. Northridge will square off against Northside at 6:00 p.m. on Friday up 432 places (129 vs. 561). Similarly, IC Catholic Prep (ranked 104th) will meet Aurora Central Catholic (ranked 626th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
