Basketball Recap: Kewanee Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kewanee came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 57-33 to the Mahomet-Seymour Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Boilermakers of the 76-50 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Kewanee's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mahomet-Seymour, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kewanee is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Dixon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mahomet-Seymour, they will venture away from home to challenge Kankakee at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
