Basketball Recap: Ethan Adgent's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Coastal Christian over Arendell Parrott Academy

After flying high against Arendell Parrott Academy two weeks ago, Coastal Christian came back down to earth. The Coastal Christian Centurions fell 54-41 to the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots on Tuesday. The Centurions were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 55-32.

Coastal Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Adgent, who posted 12 points. George Robertson was another key player, putting up nine points.

Coastal Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Arendell Parrott Academy, their record now sits at 12-6.

Coastal Christian has already played their next matchup, a 53-27 defeat against Cape Fear Academy on the 29th. As for Arendell Parrott Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-44 loss against John Paul II Catholic on the 31st.
