Game recap: Pomona High School Football Team beats Sultana

HESPERIA, Calif. - Pomona (Calif.) had a comfortable lead entering the fourth quarter, but used 12 fourth quarter points to seal the 38-14 victory over Sultana (Hesperia, Calif.).

After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Manny Lua to Desmond Bobo in the second quarter, the Red Devils were up 15-7 at the half.

Pomona expanded its lead to 12 points entering the fourth quarter. PHS scored three times in the third, including once on a field goal by Joanthan Sanchez.

The loss comes after Sultana defeated Granite Hills 35-6 last week. The win brought Pomona's winning streak to four games.
