Geneva won the last time they faced Merritt Island Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Cougars. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won 13 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Luke Sanberg looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Tyson Hilliard was a standout: he scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-4. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Trenton Johnson, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Geneva was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Merritt Island Christian only posted a batting average of .158.
