El Capitan won the last time they faced Orestimba and things went their way on Monday too. The Gauchos never let the Warriors get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. That's two games straight that the Gauchos have won by exactly seven points.

El Capitan didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Madysen Dietz, Giovanna Yang, and Leyonni Attkins picked up one apiece. With that strong performance, Yang is now averaging an impressive 5.2 total tackles per game.

The victory keeps El Capitan at an undefeated 4-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.5 points on average this season. As for Orestimba, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
