Volleyball Recap: Northtown Comes Up Short

Northtown was the 2-0 winner over Cristo Rey Jesuit when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Pumas fell 2-0 to the Cristeros on Wednesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-20.

Northtown's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Cristo Rey Jesuit, they pushed their record up to 13-6-1 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Northtown will head out to square off against Walther Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cristo Rey Jesuit, they will welcome Nazareth Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
