There's no place like home for Dublin Coffman, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Shamrocks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Dublin Coffman had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-21, 25-10, 25-23.

Grayson Kittrell paced Dublin Coffman's offense, picking up 15 kills. Kittrell got some help from Angel Gasiba and his three assists. Gasiba was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Despite the defeat, Hilliard Bradley had strong showings from David Sang, who had eight digs and two aces, and Luke Schroeder, who had 19 digs and three assists. Victor Absalon was another key player, getting 12 digs.

The win snapped Dublin Coffman's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record. As for Hilliard Bradley, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

Looking ahead, Dublin Coffman will look to defend their home court on Monday against Westerville North at 7:00 p.m. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Shamrocks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hilliard Bradley, they will head out to face off against Olentangy Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
