Softball Recap: Tuesday's Defeat Ends Northwood's Winning Streak

NorthWood and Tippecanoe Valley squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but NorthWood had to settle for second. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 13-1. The Panthers were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the four contests prior), but the Vikings' pitchers proved too tough.

NorthWood saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton Sears, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.
