Edgerton waltzed into their contest on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They never let the Wayne Trace Raiders get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 4-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Edgerton's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Wayne Trace, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgerton will head out to take on Holgate at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.42 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Wayne Trace, they will take on Wauseon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
