Soccer Game Preview: Connetquot vs. North Babylon

The Connetquot T-Birds will face off against the North Babylon Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

After dropping their season opener at home, North Babylon is headed out to face a Connetquot team ready to give their home crowd a win. Connetquot came up short against Northport on September 4th, falling 4-0. Connetquot haven't had much luck with Northport recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Babylon). They never let Bay Shore get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Saturday. It was an even better day for Monica Clavijo as she scored four goals for her team.

Connetquot suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to North Babylon when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Can the T-Birds avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
